Classic Chinese carbon steel wok with wooden handle and round bottom, intended primarily for gas flame. Diameter 36 cm and height 11 cm weight approx. 1.2 kg NOTE! As these woks are made with a relatively thin layer of carbon steel, we recommend using them on a gas stove or over an open fire. With such a high thermal conductivity and relatively small bottom diameter, the bottom will otherwise be very hot in relation to the edges.
