The bar spoon's many uses

Bar spoons are specially designed spoons to facilitate the stirring of cocktails. With the right technique, a skilled bartender moves the spoon in a controlled motion along the rim of the glass to effectively chill the drink. The handle is long to reach into tall glass and many have a flat surface at the top for muddling.
