Mixing bowls

Mixing bowls, dough bowls, or whatever you choose to call them, are indispensable in a baker's kitchen. You can use them to whip cream, knead dough or turn them upside down as a hat at a children's party. Of course, we prefer the more culinary applications, but with bowls in particular, there are so many ways to use them that we think you should own a set in several sizes.
