Tagine (or tajine) is a cooking vessel originating in North Africa. It also shares its name with the pot you cook them in. Traditionally, the pot was made of clay, but the ones we stock are made of cast iron, which is more suitable for today's kitchen. The cone-shaped top is relatively unique, as is the cooking method itself. You stack what you want to cook in the cone and then inside the food is cooked and steamed. Here you can find our range of tagine pots.
