Tournier knife

The blade of a tournier knife has a slightly curved shape both along the back and the edge. This type of knife is particularly suitable for slicing or trimming fruit and vegetables, but is also a good knife for peeling - especially round produce. It normally has a blade length of 6-12 cm.
