Baking & pizza stones
When pizzerias and bakeries bake their amazing creations, they have much more advanced ovens than the common ones at home. When it comes to sourdough bread, for example, you need a lot of heat pressure, while during the first half of baking you want a lot of steam - and when you make pizza, you want to get up to temperatures an oven can't quite reach. In those cases, baking stones and pizza stones are very useful tools. They can generate heat and transfer it to what you are baking more efficiently than a baking sheet can.
