Potatoes were a staple food in the time of Kristina and Karl-Oskar and still are today, although a lot has changed in the way this beloved tuber is cooked since then. The potato has many uses, to say the least, but to get the puree, mash and gratin free of peelings, a really good peeler is a must - here we've collected the potato peelers we think are the best, from different brands and in different styles. Vegetable peelers and asparagus peelers are also available here, because asparagus just tastes best if its slightly woody skin is removed.
