Dry ageing fridge

In order for a dry ageing fridge to be able to deliver fantastic results, it needs to be able to control temperature, humidity and air flow with a high degree of precision. Now we've finally found dry ageing fridges for home use that are just as high standard as we think they should be. But a dry ager can do a lot more than butcher meat - for example, making aged cheese, miso or soy.
