After jointly opening Socker Sucker in Stockholm in the fall of 2022, the successes have lined up. Industry colleagues have voted Socker Sucker as Konditorernas Konditori every year since then, while Frida Bäcke has continued her success as Konditorernas Konditor that she had already started before.
Socker Sucker has distinguished itself by maintaining a tremendously high level of all baked goods and established a new front line for Swedish bakery and pastry crafts. The latest external assignment for Bäcke and Kabranian was to provide dessert and bread at the Nobel Dinner 2024.

The book covers special baked goods from throughout the year - semlor, Easter pastries, midsummer cake, apple pie and obligatory Christmas baked goods such as lussebullar and vörtbröd. Of course, classics such as croissants, cinnamon buns, Mille Feuille and Tart Martin are also covered, and all in the Socker Sucker way (that is, better).
