The Ooni Karu reaches temperatures of over 500 degrees and weighs only 12 kg so you can easily take it to a pizza party. Have you heard of a wood-fired pizza oven that weighs less?
It heats up in 15-20 minutes and bakes a pizza in about 60 seconds.
The Ooni Karu is equipped with a thicker stone (15mm) than the ooni 3 and ooni Koda, for example, which allows it to retain heat slightly better.
With an optional LPG burner, it is also compatible with LPG for lazy days when you want the convenience of LPG.
