The Gozney Tread is a portable, powerful, and user-friendly pizza oven that gives you the ability to bake perfectly stone-baked pizza in just 60 seconds. With a revolutionary side-mounted gas burner and temperatures of up to 500 °C, the Tread delivers the intense heat needed to create an authentic Neapolitan pizza with a crispy, airy crust.
The Tread is designed for adventure. It has built-in carrying handles and can easily be taken camping, to the beach, or to a summer cottage. The oven heats up in just 15 minutes and cools down in under 20 minutes, so you do not have to wait long before it can be packed away.
The powerful side gas burner creates an even and intense flame that mimics a traditional wood-fired oven. The flame rotates through the oven chamber, ensuring the pizza is baked to perfection. The thick 12 mm cordierite pizza stone absorbs and retains heat, allowing you to bake multiple pizzas in a row without losing temperature.
However, the Tread is not just for pizza – the high temperature and direct flame make it ideal for everything from meat and chicken to fish and vegetables. Use a cast iron pan in the oven and you are ready to cook a wide range of delicious dishes.
The oven is built with a durable combination of aluminium and steel, making it both robust and easy to transport.
