Transform your Dome Gen 2 into the perfect oven for bread baking or slow cooking with this clever door. Made from ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel and double-insulated. With the door fitted, you gain better control over temperature and smoke/steam levels via the adjustable vent. The combination of the thick stone base, the tight insulation, and the door creates ideal conditions for baking, smoking, steaming, or slow cooking.
Please note: The door can only be used with wood or charcoal – not when the gas burner is in use. Compatible with Dome Gen 2 only.
