Gozney Arc XL is the world's most well-thought-out compact outdoor pizza oven. With temperatures reaching 500 °C, you can cook authentic Italian pizza in just 60 seconds.
The Arc XL achieves these high temperatures thanks to the revolutionary gas burner built into the side of the oven. The gas burner recreates a genuine flame that rolls over the oven's dome-shaped ceiling and almost touches the base on the other side. The combination of efficient flame technology, solid insulation and a thick baking stone ensures even heat distribution and heat retention known from professional pizza ovens. Using a control knob, the flame intensity can be adjusted so that you can easily achieve the right oven temperature. A particular advantage of having the gas burner built into the side of the oven is that you get plenty of cooking surface combined with a compact oven. The outer GozneyShield® coating makes the exterior particularly durable* and UV-resistant, so you can use the oven outdoors all year round.
Arc XL is available in two sizes - Arc XL and Arc XL. The ovens are identical except for size. They are delivered pre-assembled so you can get started with pizza baking quickly.
