With this chocolate warmer, you can of course melt chocolate, but also maintain the temperature of tempered chocolate and even temper according to programs entered in the display. the format is GN 1/2 with a 100-deep canteen that sits inside. In this you can also store jars of cocoa butter in different colours or the like to always be ready. The chassis is made of heat-resistant plastic and the canteen and lid in stainless steel. The lid is cut out so that the temperature probe can show the current temperature at all times. The software allows you to manually adjust the temperature or choose one of the three programs to temper white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
