      Recipe No. W2 is one of Octaaf Callebaut®s original recipes that has grown over the years to become one of many chefs' favorite chocolates. This chocolate is as Belgian as it gets, as it's made primarily with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets.

      With its average viscosity of 3 out of 5 drops (which is how Callebaut grades its chocolate), this is a great all-round chocolate that works for most things, e.g. coating, molding, and baking.The chocolate has a smooth and creamy taste with pronounced notes of milk, caramel and vanilla that are in perfect balance with each other. W2 can be easily combined with a wide range of ingredients and flavors, from sour to bitter, from spices to herbs and from fruit to beer. Sweetness, milk, cream, caramel and vanilla.
