Molecular cooking
Since Ferran Adrià and his mythical elBulli restaurant hit the big time in the early 2000s, molecular ingredients and molecular cooking have been one of the coolest things you can do in a kitchen. Here at KitchenLab you will find all the ingredients needed for molecular cooking, such as agar agar, xanthan gum and maltodextrin. Some of the ingredients require moderation and familiarity in both dosing and handling, so a little knowledge before you start experimenting might be helpful - but we reckon you can handle it!
