Lisen Gren is a trained advance barista and has taken courses through SCA, training according to national standards. Lisen has worked in the coffee industry for 12 years where she, among other things, trains baristas, lectures on coffee and competed in coffee where she also won the Nordic championship in 2018 in the Coffee Professional Cup. “Från Kaffe Till Drink” is Lisen's second book where she creates curiosity about coffee through coffee drinks and opens up doors for new coffee techniques.
