    • A really high quality hanging chiller with the features that we at KitchenLab think are necessary to fully control the processes that produce a perfect end result. The temperature can be regulated with a precision of 0.1° C in the range of 0-30° C. The humidity can be regulated in increments of 0.1% in the range of 60-90%. The insulated glass, framed in stainless steel, is treated so that the processes are not affected by external UV radiation. The internal lighting is UV-free. The refrigerator does not need to be connected to the water system. Together with the patented air circulation system; DX AirReg, this creates the conditions for an absolutely perfect microclimate, an ideal air flow and continuous sterilization inside the Dry Agern -- regardless of the ambient variations in temperature and humidity.

      The cabinet works, in addition to the hanging of meat, also excellently for the production of charcuterie, air drying of ham, bresaola, fish and vegetables and storage of cheese. Can handle 100 kg of raw material.
