Probe thermometers

With a probe thermometer you can measure the temperature of something inside the oven, in your Big Green Egg or in cold fermentation in the fridge. From the main socket runs a cord with a plug-in meter or wire sensor at the end. Incredibly useful if you're concerned about temperature, which we think you should be.
