Termometer - Eti ChefAlarm - is a combined thermometer and timer designed for professional use.
Simultaneously displays time (either timing or countdown), alarm, maximum temperature, minimum temperature and instantaneous temperature. The temperature range is -50° C to 300° C with an accuracy of 0.1° C.
The display is large with adjustable backlighting and the sound volume of the alarm can be adjusted up to a maximum volume of 92dB which drowns out the alarm even in the most chaotic of restaurant kitchens. The timer is fully programmable and can count up to or down from 99 hours and 59 minutes.
Probe with the same temperature range as the thermometer (-50° C to 300° C) is included with a 1.2 meter braided stainless steel cord.
