Withstands prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 250°C and can therefore be left in the oven. K connector fits Greisinger, ETI and some Testo thermometers (to be specified). The thin needle allows for temperature control through sous-vide tape.
Please note that the radiant heat from grills often exceeds 250°C so the probe is not recommended to be left in hot grills.
Cord length - 205 cm
The tip of the probe is sharper than the one in the picture.
The thickness of the needle is 3.5mm and the length is 143mm.
