About Vegi Gel
Vegi Gel is a natural and vegan-friendly gelling agent suitable for a variety of applications. Make mousses, cheesecakes or terrines - as you can see in the video below in our collaboration with Special Ingredients. It works with different types of nut and cereal milk and produces a clear jelly. It sets at temperatures above normal room temperature.
Use
Estimate approximately 1% - 2% Vegi Gel (10-20 grams per liter of liquid). Add, bring to the boil and boil for at least one minute to dissolve completely. Allow to cool.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place
