About Ultratex
Ultratex is a highly versatile thickener. It can be used in both hot and cold preparations, is tasteless, colorless and even gluten-free. When added to a liquid, it dissolves easily without clumping. Since it is completely tasteless, it is very suitable when you want consistency without compromising on taste. It remains stable even when frozen/thawed. Use it to make liquid jellies, clear sauces or cream for milkshakes.
Use
Add Ultratex gradually to the desired consistency. It thickens quickly, but ideally leave it for five minutes as it will continue to thicken, albeit more slowly. The dosage is between 1% - 5% depending on the ingredients and the desired consistency.

Ultratex which is made from wax corn.
Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
