      A new design prevents smoke oil and tar from entering the rotor and motor and makes the smoke gun easier to clean. As before, all parts are interchangeable. KitchenLab stocks all spare parts. The start button is now mounted on the side of the SuperAladin so that you can snap it on and off without lifting it.

      If you want an even more stable (in the sense of harder to tip over) smoke gun, we recommend that you buy a base station.

      The new SuperAladin is a professional smoke machine in robust, metal construction from 100% Chef. Developed to meet the tough demands of restaurant kitchens. Both the base, housing and rotor are made of antiqued aluminum, which does not take on flavor or age even with long and faithful service.

      Meat, chicken, butter, mayonnaise, vegetables, eggs, fish, drinks - yes, the possibilities for what you can give a smoky note are almost endless!

      Place the foods you want to smoke in a sealed container or bag and blow in smoke from your gun. Create smoke-flavored emulsions by directing the smoke into a siphon along with the emulsion (such as mayonnaise), or directly into a liquid. Liquids are good carriers of smoke flavor, but we recommend that those who want to use smoke guns to flavor meat, fish or vegetables first slice them so that the surface area exposed to the smoke is as large as possible.
