A full-fledged conro grill for those who don't compromise. The largest model in the Kasai range is built for high-capacity restaurants or enthusiastic home grillers with lots of friends and a penchant for precision grilling. Constructed with Kasai's signature insulating mineral plates that reflect heat back into the grill bed instead of letting it leak out sideways, the result is the same no matter the size: brutal heating, fast response and extreme control. It's not about breaking other conros by a few extra centimeters - the XL version is a significantly more spacious workhorse with more room for multiple temperature zones and a range of grilling operations simultaneously.
With an inner structure built from natural mineral material, burned and exfoliated to withstand temperatures up to 1200 degrees, every detail is well thought out: robustness, durability and holding in every millimeter. And thanks to the fact that even the sides are replaceable, along with the rest of the construction, there's virtually no limit to how long you can use the grill. Spare parts down to the walls themselves are available, making this one of the few tabletop grills on the market that can actually last for decades rather than seasons. It can also be combined with other fun things like Robata racks for a truly festive experience.
Combine it with real charcoal - preferably binchotan - to take advantage of the structure's ability to control heat, minimize smoke and give meat, vegetables and fish a clean, concentrated grilling flavor without losing aromas to the flames. When drippings from the raw material land on the red-hot surface and instantly evaporate into a cloud of flavor particles, you understand what this is all about: not compromising.
