Another item in Ken Hom's series of Chinese cooking equipment, a bamboo steam basket measuring 20 cm across. Put a pot of water on the stove and the basket on top of it and make it smoke. The basket has two levels and a lid. The fact that Ken Hom himself has a blue face in the picture on the box is an aesthetic choice and not an observed side effect of using his items.
