Here you get only clean smoke without a bad aftertaste! Bradley's smoking cabinet produces clean and cool smoke for up to nine inches in a safe way by the fact that the cabinet, fully automatically, every 20 minutes adds new smoking briquettes that glow and thus emit smoke. In other words, just set the desired temperature and the smoke will do the rest, without you having to stand and watch! You can smoke both cold and hot in the cabinet. For cold smoking, we recommend that you purchase the cold smoking unit. The briquettes are burned on an electric element. On this model, the temperature in the smoking cabinet is easily controlled by using the display on the front of the generator. Three separate parameters are programmable: Temperature of the fume hood: Set the target cabinet temperature and the smoke will try to maintain this temperature while also showing the actual temperature in the smoker. Cooking time: Set the time you want the smoke to heat up. After the time has elapsed, the heating element switches off automatically. Smoking time: Set the time you want the smoke to continue generating smoke. It can be done regardless of the cooking time.
