    • "Kiln dried and specially ground smoke chips for use in The Smoking Gun.

      Four different varieties:
      One jar (approx 250ml) each of Hickory, Mesquite, Oak and Cherry.

       

      Mesquite gives a bold and smoky flavor with a bitter finish. Pairs well with pork, lamb and beef.

      Hickory is a robust bacon-like flavor. Goes well with pork, ribs and brisket.

      Oak gives a big and rich smoky flavor. Excellent with red meat or sausages. A fun smoking tip is to mix cherries to smoke turkey.

      Cherries give a wonderful rich, soft, sweet and fruity smoke. Goes well with duck, fish, veal, vegetables and chicken. Or why not add it to your whipped butter and cocktails. Try it out!"
