For several years we have been hugely fond of Hurom's slow juicers. It's a juicer that does it all, whether it's ginger with lots of fibre, kale that feels like it doesn't even contain any juice, apples or citrus. The difference compared to other types of juicers is that the slow juicer works slowly, just as the name suggests. This means that it is able to extract much more liquid compared to others. It can also cope with slightly more obscure crops with just as successful a result as if it were the carrot. Hurom's new Premium Series is both trendier and more powerful than previous models. The new slow juicer options have been developed long and carefully with ease of use and performance as the highest goals. The H200 is a model that is more complete and does all the work all the way. You can tuck in whole fruits and vegetables without having to cut them into pieces. In addition, it feeds by itself without you having to stand and fumble with a tamper. You can simply just fill the container with mixed greens and then watch as your juice is prepared. The benefit of slowness is not only trying to find peace in a stressful existence, but it also squeezes out the fruit juice gently so that the friction force is minimal, which counteracts heating and oxidation and means that taste, nutrition and colour are maintained in the juice. The H200 also has a simplified design for easier assembly and disassembly for cleaning. Even the strainer has been changed to avoid pulp settling in the holes, which makes it much easier to clean.
