Finally! A package for those who want the full experience that Searzall has to offer. After test driving, our assessment is that you don't use "full throttle", we'd rather see that it's a little too cold than too hot. Searzall's disclaimer is because the slats inside can at worst get burned. If this happens, unfortunately no form of warranty applies because the manufacturer does not replace this. If you are looking for a burner that gives "fast surface" this is not for you. The whole idea with the Searzall is that it should distribute the flame over a larger surface and provide heat both through IR and direct heat from the burner. It therefore takes longer to surface with Searzall than without. The advantage is that the result is even and very good.
