      - Steel handle with steel rivets. Excellent heat conduction properties. Withstands high temperatures and metal utensils. Lighter than cast iron. Made in France. Prior to use
      - It has a layer of beeswax to protect it from rust. Remove this layer with plenty of warm water before using it. If necessary, wipe it off with paper towels. Then cover the bottom with a neutral oil and heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Pour off the oil when it cools down and wipe off any excess oil with paper towels. Repeat the process again to give it a protective layer. Daily cleaning
      - Clean with warm water after use and wipe with kitchen paper. Then apply a little oil and wipe with paper towels. Store it in a dry place. Not suitable for soaking or machine washing.
