A traditional Japanese chef's knife from Carl Mertens. The X50 has a blade in stainless chrome molybdenum and a hardness of 58 HRC. The blade is 18.5 cm long and the total length of the knife is 30.5 cm. The handle is made of mountain birch from Finnish Karelia. The knife comes with oil and cleaning cloth.
