Santoku knife from the Swedish G.R.Y.M. series with a beautiful, hammered blade with a length of 17 cm. The blade is made of hicarbon steel, which, thanks to its hardness, can be sharpened at an angle of 13 to 15 degrees - in other words, razor sharp!
The handle is made of the composite material mikarta, which looks and feels like wood but is much better in terms of hygiene and durability.

The G.R.Y.M. series is designed by the young Nordic design duo Carl & Carl.
The design system is based on the three basic shapes - the square, the circle and the triangle. The transition between these three shapes creates contours, volume and ultimately products that are both ergonomically and visually attractive. The major challenge in the design work was to achieve a symbiosis between G.R.Y.M.'s Nordic design language and the classic Japanese knife, without compromising on functionality and ergonomics.
