High quality ravioli cutters from Italian Marcato. The cutter itself is made of brass to give you a clean cut through the pasta dough and with a spring in anodized aluminum for smooth handling. Each ravioli you squeeze from will be so well-formed and smooth that just about any old Italian grandmother would be excited. The whole construction just screams quality and engineering. The handles are made of solid wood with a protective layer of wax. Ergonomically designed to allow you to comfortably squeeze out ravioli on a conveyor belt without pause. The finish on the metal is made with a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment that settles as a thin layer and hardens the surface.
