The Ciao pizza oven, complete with legs and ready to start baking right away!
It's small and compact, and can get up to temperature very quickly thanks to its refractory base and stainless steel dome. The oven can hold 2 kg of bread or 2 pizzas at a time (70x 40 cm baking area), and once you've got everything organised, you'll be able to bake the pizzas in 90 seconds Neapolitan style. Because it's so fast, this oven is suitable for up to 18 people, according to Alfa themselves, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same time. Ciao is wood-fired and can reach a maximum temperature of 400°C. Since it is insulated with ceramic fibres, it also keeps the heat very well. If you want, you can close the door with the stainless steel door without the risk of burning yourself, and this is also how you adjust the airflow and thus the temperature. A closed door provides convection heat, while an open door provides oxygenation and more direct heat. You can keep an eye on the temperature at all times thanks to the built-in thermometer. Delivered ready to use as if on firewood, however, the tools such as pizza spade etc. are missing. Accessories are available to supplement with!
