Alfa Forni's Nano model is their simplest model. This in no way means that it is not something to have, but is simply suitable for those who do not need a larger capacity. The Nano is also available as a gas-powered model, but this is the wood-fired model. The oven holds 1 kg of bread or one pizza at a time, and once you have everything in order, you will be able to bake the pizzas in 90 seconds Neapolitan style. Because it's so fast, this oven is suitable for up to 10 people, according to Alfa themselves, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same time. The wood-fired version of the Nano can reach a maximum temperature of 500° and you can keep an eye on the temperature at all times thanks to the built-in thermometer. Delivered ready to use as well as on wood in a small compact box. If you don't already have a suitable place to place it, there is a base stand or a sturdy workbench to complement it. Other accessories include overlay covers and pizza pads.
