Pancake pan in the Alu Pro series from Demeyere. Alu Pro is a series of powerful and durable pans and pots that have a very good heat distribution and high scratch resistance. The 5 mm thick aluminum bottom spreads the heat across the pan efficiently on all types of hobs and also works in the oven up to 240°C. The pans also have Demeyere's patented TRIPLINDUC® bottom, which provides a better contact surface and increases the efficiency of the magnetism - according to Demeyere, the heat generation is up to 30% better compared to other pans on induction hobs. The frying pan's Duraglide Titanium non-stick coating is made up of five layers, one of which is a protective layer of titanium particles for extra durability. The non-stick coating is considered one of the most durable on the market and is PFOA-free. The pan has a fully molded ergonomic stainless steel handle with a V-shaped attachment and "stay cool" effect. Hand washing is recommended to increase the life of the pan, but it can also be machine washed.
