Belgian Demeyere's top quality stainless steel casserole with lid. Sandwich bottom made of 7 layers of stainless steel and aluminum, providing excellent frying and heating properties. Developed to retain as much heat as possible in the bottom, thus improving cooking and speeding up the heating process.
Treated with Demeyere's unique Silvinox treatment and TriplInduc bottom which remains flat and leads to 30% higher efficiency on induction stoves.
The stainless steel lid seals well at the edges of the pan and ensures that the steam stays in the pot so that the water condenses inside the pan. This is particularly important when cooking with little water.
Works on all types of stoves, including induction.
