Lovely carbon steel knife from the prestigious Pallarés.
Pallarès was founded in 1917 by the brothers Lluis and Carles Pallarès Canal in northern Spain.
The knife is handmade in carbon steel with a wooden handle of boxwood. The stock leaf shape of the blade along with the carbon steel construction will give a unique finish that changes and ages with style.
Carbon steel can rust so be sure to wipe it dry after use and never leave it to soak. Not machine washable. Needs frequent sharpening, but easily re-sharpened.
The size of the blade is 9 cm.
