Carbon steel paella pan, available in a range of sizes from if you have a bunch of amigos over or if you're at home in Huelva. Note that the big ones can be a bit unwieldy: for example, our colleague Adrian in the warehouse is as strong as a bull Menorca not carry it himself. So be careful not to drop it on the floor. The pans have a (al) hammered bottom and low edges for best cooking. The edge allows you to fill the pan quite well, but be careful not to go over the Carmen. Due to the relatively thin material, the pan heats up like lightning on a proper burner which you can find here. They are not compatible with dishwashers, so you should wash them by hand. Oil lightly after cleaning for the best chance of keeping the pan in good condition and keeping yourself on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Not compatible with induction heat source. If you're one of those people who stubbornly claim that paella is the thing of the year, we believe you! In the Malmö store, we've already heard it for Lleida, but if you come into the Stockholm store and try to persuade your party, we'll help you pull Lanzarote. Of course, we'd never stoop so low as to claim that de Buyer's paella pans are the perfect cooking vessel for a Francophile, so we'll scratch that. Finally, we'd just like to say that if it's not in stock at the moment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. Colleagues will be so sorry if you have a bashful tone when asking about ETA. Foie Gracias!
