Knife in 18/10 hard steel, designed for ice cream and sorbet making in the Pacojet. The knife has four blades, two of which are ground/serrated and two stirrers. Also available in a titanium reinforced version.
OBS! Make sure that the knife is firmly attached to the cogged knife holder on the Pacojet before you start. Otherwise there is a risk of it slipping, in which case both the knife mount and the knife's cog mount will be destroyed and both will have to be replaced.
First install the knife in the associated black rubber gasket, and then attach both at the same time to the Pacojet.
OBS No. 2: This knife does NOT fit the new Pacojet 2 Plus. It requires a special knife, which you can find here.
