      The Modern Gelling Agents kit from Special Ingredients gives you the tools to use several modern techniques to create innovative and different dishes based on gelling. With 10 50-gram packages of modern ingredients and a bunch of very useful tools, you have a solid foundation to start from. The kit is suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in the world of molecular gastronomy. You will not only know how to do it, but also why it works the way it does. With this understanding, you can try new things and develop your own dishes. In modern cooking, you have an incredibly free hand and your possibilities to break boundaries and create unexpected dishes are almost endless. The only limit is your imagination. The recipes are varied and allow you to try many different techniques and elements of molecular cooking.

      All the packages are relatively small, but they go a long way. This makes it a great starter kit as you can upgrade the ingredients you use most - we have everything in our range.

      From the included recipes, you'll learn how to make:

      Grapefruit jelly, Bloody Mary sauce, balsamic vinegar beads, goat cheese with port wine layer, liquid Karl Johan mushroom jelly, parmesan spaghetti, green curry panna cotta, vanilla beads, mojito spheres, yogurt and honey spheres, and much more.
