    • Marcel is a handy but sturdy wood-fired oven for both home and professional use. Although it weighs a lot, it is relatively easy to transport for use in the garden, countryside or city.

      Thanks to refractory dampers, you can easily regulate the temperature and have it in a lower mode for baking and cooking (150-150°C) or the higher mode for pizza and grilling (450-500°C). As if that wasn't enough, you can also use the oven for cold smoking.


      Marcel is fired with wood or pellets that are easily filled in the rear door. So you can easily add fuel during cooking if necessary. The oven can reach 500°C in just 20 minutes.

      Marcel has a stainless steel outer frame, ceramic fiber insulation, a refractory brick baking stone, a thermometer and a window in the door. All of this means that it meets the requirements of a professional chef for a wood-fired oven and that it can be used in business. The cooking surface is 33 x 37 cm. The entire chamber measures 52 x 34 cm and has a height of 20.5 cm. So you can easily fit a pizza (or two if it's a calzone), a large levain or two baguettes.

      The oven can be self-cleaned by pyrolysis (+500°C) and brushed inside with a metal brush.

      Marcel is a wonderful little wood-fired oven for lovely summer evenings on the terrace or a perfect addition to a restaurant.
