About Apple Acid Apple Acid is an organic compound and the active ingredient in many acidic and sour ingredients and dishes. It is more acidic than citric acid and with a different kind of acidity - you recognise the taste from it in sour fruit candies. Use it to bring up the acidity and create interesting flavour profiles. This apple cider is of high quality and made from fruit. Can be used for e.g. home brewing and winemaking. Malic acid is a naturally occurring acid and commonly found in apples (are you surprised?). Our bodies actually produce malic acid when it breaks down carbohydrates for energy. Use Dose to taste.
