Grinding discs suitable for Horl 3 or Horl 3 PRO, but not Horl 3 Cruise or earlier generations. With these you can fine-tune your knife sharpening and really take it to the edge (oh, thank you).
Grade as follows:
1/6 - Diamond Coarse - three times as effective as the other diamond wheel, for better or worse. Perfect if you need to sharpen damaged or chipped knives and want to get on with something else the same day as you are sharpening.
2/6 - Standard Diamond - Still rough compared to the others. For maintenance sharpening. This disc is originally included in the unit.
3/6 - Ceramic whetstone - For cleaning up the edge and honing after grinding with the diamond disc. This wheel is originally included in the unit.
4/6 - Whetstone fine - For those who want to polish the knife even more for an even better finish. Equivalent to approximately a 3000 grit whetstone.
5/6 - Whetstone Extra fine - For further polishing. Equivalent to about a 6000 grit whetstone.
6/6 - Kagami Ultra Fine - Here is where it’s almost starts to get silly, but oh, how beautiful your knives will be. To polish and get a super finish so the knife becomes shiny like a teenager's forehead. By the way, 6/6 is also Sweden's national day (bonus fact).
