Black includes the most common seasonings for steaks and beef, with the addition of the exciting ingredient... activated carbon! Now in larger packaging of 369 g. Hardcore Carnivore Black gives both a delicious taste and appearance to the meat. Firstly: This provides a good basis for a "crust" to form when the meat is grilled. Secondly: Black blackens the outside of the meat even before you start grilling, you don't need to monitor the meat just to achieve an appealing colour. Thirdly: the delicious black colour creates a stunning contrast against the pink interior of the meat, making it incredibly visually appealing. Activated carbon: Yes, the coal is safe. This is definitely not the same charcoal as the one in your grill! Hardcore Carnivore Black contains food-grade activated charcoal from coconut shells. To use: pat the meat dry with paper towels then sprinkle liberally with Hardcore Carnivore Black before cooking. It can be used on meat when grilled over charcoal or an open fire or cooked in a frying pan or oven. Hardcore Carnivore Black contains, in addition to activated carbon, all the classic rub spices such as salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar, onion and a hint of chili. It's a flavour profile that's neutral enough to work with a variety of proteins. Hardcore Carnivore Black has no added glutamate (MSG).
