    • About Gum Arabic Powder (E414) Gum Arabic Powder is a completely naturally produced powder made from the sap of acacia trees. It is used, among other things, as a stabiliser, to increase the viscosity of liquids and to prevent the formation of sugar crystals when baking. It can also be used to create a glossy surface on baked goods. If you make your own snus, it makes the snus firmer. Usage: Use a dose of approximately 1% - 2% Gum Arabic Powder. To use it for a glaze - mix 10g with 60g of water. To use it in baking add 5g per 3 eggs. Content: 100% Acacia powder Store dry, cool and dark.
