    • Learn to sharpen knives like a pro - from a real pro! Take a course with Pigge "Knivgeek" Hall and learn how to get your knives really, really sharp. Pigge became, as the second Westerner ever, a certified sharpener on wet stone in Knivmekkat Seki in Japan in 2012 and sharpen knives for chefs, restaurants and private individuals (for example for our customers at KitchenLab).

      The course is two-three hours long and takes place at Upplandsgatan 57 at Japanese Knife Company. After purchase, you will receive a gift card, which also includes contact details for booking the course dates.
