A really neat truffle iron from the fantastic Rösle. Stepless thickness adjustment that allows for pedantic finesse. Works just as well for slicing truffles super thin as for slicing cheese or vegetables. The small sled allows even the small end pieces to be sliced just as well as the rest of your stuff. Made from 18/10 stainless steel and measures 28 x 6.7 cm. Hand washable.
