Flavor enhancers are a not entirely uncontroversial ingredient. This one is made from vegetables and is a completely plant-based replacement for MSG. It takes very small doses to improve the flavor of anything. Use in sauces, soups, marinades, chips, rice, noodles, vegetables, meat, snacks, cheese and more. Can also be used to top the food by sprinkling on top of the portion.
Use: Dosage depends on the type of dish. See table below for guidance. Dissolves in liquids, even cold. Can be mixed with dry ingredients. The dosages in the table are guidelines per 1 kg of food but can be adjusted according to taste.

Vegetables 0,05-0,07g

Storage: Store in dry, cool conditions and out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
